Simple bowls of Crispies

Many people have written in asking what is our favourite way to eat Crispies. Often it is just to add some fruit and almond or cashew milk. If you don’t like  the nutty flavour of those , oat or rice milk is good.

The nice thing about our crispies is that they remain crisp! , they don’t become slush, full of empty nutrition.

However … we like to eat them quickly because then the sauce stays on the crispies… its just a choice! some like the milk substitute to become all tasty …
